Your photos
You confirm that you own the photos you send, or have permission from their owner or family to have them restored. You keep all rights to your photos and to the restored versions we send you.
Previews and payment
We send a free, watermarked preview first. You pay only if you want the finished photo. The price is shown on our home page and in the email with your preview. One round of changes is included.
What restoration can and can't do
Color added to a black and white photo is a careful reconstruction, not a record of the real colors. Badly damaged areas may be rebuilt from what's around them. We'll always tell you which parts are our best guess.
Refunds
If something goes wrong with a finished order, email us within 30 days and we'll fix it or refund you.
