Family photos are personal. Here is exactly what we do with yours.

What we collect

The photos you send, your first name, your email address, and anything you tell us about the photo. Our server also keeps your IP address for a short time to stop spam.

How we use it

Only to restore your photos, send you the preview and the finished files, and answer your questions. We don't send newsletters or sell anything to anyone.

What we never do

• We never share or sell your photos or details.
• We never post your photos anywhere without your written OK.
• We never use your photos to train software.

How long we keep it

We delete your photos and details 30 days after your order is finished, or sooner if you ask. Payment records are kept by our payment provider as the law requires.
